Tolima's Auto Center

I couldn’t be happier with the service at Tolima’s! They were professional, honest, and kept me informed every step of the way. I was especially impressed with the detailed breakdown of the repairs and the photos showing exactly what was wrong with my car and the cost involved. That level of transparency is hard to find. I’ve officially fired my old mechanic—Paul has earned my trust and my business. Highly recommend! -Monica

I'm definitely not a car person, so taking my car to a mechanic usually makes me nervous. I took a chance on Tolima's Garage, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made all year. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what was going on with my car in plain English. They gave me a couple of options for the repairs and never once made me feel pressured or like they were trying to upsell me. The prices were very fair, and the honesty really stood out. By the time I left, all the stress I had about getting my car fixed was gone. It's not often you find a mechanic you can truly trust, but I did. I highly recommend Tolima's Garage, and I'll definitely be coming back whenever I need work done on my car.

I have been going to Tolima's for the last couple years. They always are friendly, respectful, and fair in terms of diagnosing my car's needs and transparently discussing options and prices. Also, very flexible and responsive when performing repairs/maintenance in my requested timeframe. Customer service is on point, and they always follow up to see how things have gone afterwards. I'm glad to have found this shop.

Was able to make an appointment with ease on pretty short notice. They’re busy over there but are clear about when the work will get done. Parish (the main person with whom I interfaced) was direct and easy to talk to. He did his best to make sure that I understood what needed repairing and what was optional. They send a clear digital form that one has to check to allow work to be done, and I found it a great way to review the work and the pricing. They are very communicative as a whole and did a great job on the actual repairs. This was so much easier and faster than using the Tesla app’s built in function for scheduling repairs. Will use their services again!

I took my car to Tolima’s Auto Center for a battery check and replacement. The service was extremely slow, and they ended up messing up my car’s system settings. On top of that, their prices are way overpriced — they quoted $600 for a simple battery replacement, while other shops quoted me $350–$400 at most. I would strongly not recommend going there. Tolima’s Auto Center Completely unprofessional, overpriced, and careless. I would never go back and strongly warn everyone to stay away.
